If you have ever had a moment in your life when God spoke to you unexpectedly through a variety of means, including scripture, or a whispered God-inspired message, or an unaccountable lifting of the spirit, or a deep knowing that you were important and deeply loved, please send in your story. A God moment can also be when God protected you, healed you or gave you an unexpected blessing or gift.

For the most part, your story will not preach or moralise but will allow the reader to take their own meaning from it.

Stories of people coming to faith in God and Jesus are not being sought at this time.

Your story should be 1000 words and no more than 1500 words. Please submit in Word (.docx) format, 12pt Times New Roman font, double spaced, page numbered, A4 page sizing and left aligned paragraphs. As a separate document, please include a short bio of no more than 50 words.

You can be interviewed for your story. Before being interviewed, you will be asked to submit a short outline of your experience. This information is used to frame up some questions before the interview that will help to unpack your experience.

If your story has been submitted in writing, you may be contacted to clarify certain points. Any additional information may be combined into your story.

If you have been interviewed for your story, it will be written up on your behalf using your words. Once done, you will be asked to approve the story.

Either way, all stories are subject to edit with final approval of any changes made given by the author prior to publication. Because Thank GOD it's YOU! is an anthology, the book as a whole is copyrighted by the publisher.
